Penalties and Risks of Inaccurate NGTL Transportation Positions:
Every customer of ETEX bears responsibility of providing accurate representations on the Market screen of the ETEX platform. Any misinformation, such as but not limited to, prior commitments and transport position, resulting in a transaction on the platform, may be subject to fines from ETEX, financial mitigation to the transaction counterparty and removal from the ETEX platform as specified in ETEX Customer Agreement.
